Villa Marbella is a community of condominiums located in the heart of San Diego’s Midway District. Prime location with convenient access. Located south of Interstate 8 and west of Interstate 5, the Midway District puts you close to the major attractions of the city. Built in 1980, Villa Marbella on Midway Drive has 84 total units in two buildings – 3140 (A Building) and 3142 (B Building).
